SAGE's Tuition Rewards program is a college saving plan like no other. By being a part of the Tuition Rewards Program you will earn guaranteed scholarships at participating private colleges and universities across America! The value of the Tuition Rewards guaranteed scholarships can equal up to one full year's tuition!
Tuition Rewards Points accrue like frequent flyer miles and are earned by saving with SAGE's Financial Partners, which include 529 plans, CDs, mutual funds, annuities, and even brokerage accounts. Tuition Rewards accrue annually at a rate of 5% on eligible assets. For example, if you have invested $10,000 (no minimum required) with one of SAGE's Financial Partners you will receive 500 Tuition Rewards Points annually; if you invest $20,000 you will earn 1,000 Tuition Rewards Points annually. The more you save, and the longer you're in SAGE, the more Tuition Rewards Points you'll earn!
Each Tuition Rewards point is equal to $1 in scholarships at a SAGE member school and represents the minimum scholarship that a student will receive if he or she attends a participating SAGE college or university and can be either stacked or blended with any other institutional scholarship. In other words 1000 Tuition Rewards Points is a guaranteed $1000 scholarship spread evenly over the course of a four year college education.

| What are Tuition Rewards? |

SAGE Tuition Rewards is a unique private college savings program. Tuition Rewards Points are like frequent flyer miles - but for college tuition!
Tuition Rewards are discounts off tuition at participating colleges and universities that represent the minimum scholarship that an eligible student will receive if and when he/she attends a member institution. Schools count Tuition Rewards as part of their normal institutional and merit scholarships. For example, if a student has 10,000 Tuition Rewards Points, then he or she is guaranteed to receive a minimum scholarship of $2,500 over four years at a SAGE member school.

| Earning Tuition Rewards Points |
|
Your Tuition Reward is typically calculated semi-annually and equals 2.5% of the value of your assets listed in the Tuition Rewards (5% annually). As your assets appreciate, so do your Tuition Rewards Points!
Here's an example: if you invest $10,000 with one of SAGE's Financial Partners, and assuming the asset does not increase or decrease in value, then you will earn 500 Tuition Rewards Points annually. If you hold this investment for five years, then you will accumulate 2,500 Tuition Rewards Points. The more you invest with our Financial Partners, and the longer that your are a SAGE member, the more Tuition Rewards Points you'll earn!
